Usher Capordelis Seguin & Associates Ltd. was incorporated in 1990. The principals of the firm gained extensive appraisal and consulting experience from both the public and private sectors. The company strives for and maintains high standards in the real estate appraisal and consulting field. Over the years, virtually all types of valuation and counseling assignments have been completed, from small residential appraisals to multi-family properties, as well as industrial and commercial assignments including office buildings and shopping centres.
